Independent research and consulting on the geopolitics and sustainability of global critical raw material supply chains.
I help policymakers, research institutions, and industry make sense of the geopolitical and sustainability questions shaping global critical raw material supply chains — from EU raw material partnerships to due diligence and the resource politics of the energy transition.
Over seven years across NGOs, think tanks, and independent practice — most recently as a researcher at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) — I've built a track record of scientific and policy publications and led fieldwork in Canada, the United States, Chile, Peru, and Indonesia. I also design and facilitate conferences, workshops, and strategic-foresight formats for policy, research, and industry audiences.
Working languages: English & German.
Rigorous, publication-ready research on raw material geopolitics, EU partnerships, and supply chain sustainability.
Including strategic foresight and policy-simulation formats for policymakers, researchers, and industry stakeholders.
Helping stakeholders navigate due diligence, ESG, and geopolitical risk across raw material supply chains.
